WIND ON LEADER: Also known as a crank on leader. Method of joining the leader to the main line using a joint of braided material or similar where both main line and leader are threaded inside the braid section to form a smooth join as opposed to a knot or use of a swivel or link. This then allows the entire main line, joint and leader to be wound through the rod guides.
